Sir Dr. Christopher Abraham is the CEO – Dubai Campus and Director – Executive Education, bringing more than four decades of international leadership experience across executive education, strategy, innovation and organisational transformation. A globally recognised thought leader, keynote speaker and executive educator, his work spans the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Design Thinking, Leadership, Behavioural Science, Neuroscience, Marketing, ESG, Entrepreneurship, and the Future of Work.

Throughout his distinguished career, he has partnered with governments, multinational organisations and leading institutions to help executives and organisations navigate complexity, strengthen leadership capability and prepare for the future. His work is grounded in the belief that innovation, human-centred leadership and continuous learning are essential to sustainable organisational success.

Dr. Chris has advised governments and organisations across India, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Nigeria and Kenya, while working with many of the world’s leading organisations. His global clients include The World Bank, The Executive Council – Government of Dubai, Emirates Airlines, SEWA – Government of Sharjah, Aramex, DHL, P&G, LG, Reckitt & Benckiser, AW Rostamani (Nissan Auto), Landmark Group, Lulu International, Metso, Redington, Terraco, Axis Bank, Simpsons, and numerous other international organisations.

His consulting and executive development work has focused on helping leaders embrace innovation, develop future-ready organisations and apply emerging technologies responsibly within rapidly changing business environments.

An internationally respected keynote speaker, Dr. Chris is a four-time TEDx Speaker who has addressed audiences across the world on leadership, Artificial Intelligence, organisational transformation and executive excellence. He has delivered executive education programmes and consulting assignments for global organisations and regularly contributes thought leadership through major international media.

He is a regular columnist and writer for publications including Gulf News, Khaleej Times, The National, Times of India, Economic Times, The Hindu, and Mumbai Mirror, while also appearing on leading television and media platforms including CNBC, Dubai Eye and Dubai TV.

Dr. Chris has received numerous international honours in recognition of his contribution to executive leadership and education. He was twice recognised as “Best CEO in the World” by the Indo–UAE Business & Social Forum (2018 and 2019), is a two-time recipient of the Academic Leadership Award, and was conferred the prestigious Knight of Parte Guelfa, Italy, for his contribution to Ecology, Sustainability and the Environment.

His commitment to leadership development is further reflected through his extensive service on international advisory and governing boards, including appointments with the World CMO Council (USA), RTA Innovation Lab – Government of Dubai, CEO Clubs Worldwide, WASME – World Association of SMEs, World Sustainable Business Forum (UK), Gulf Marketing Association, The Abrahamic Business Circle, Joblio (USA), World Masters Academy (Italy), Economic Times HR World, Humanistic Management Network, and several other international organisations.

In addition to his executive leadership responsibilities, Dr. Chris serves as an adjunct professor at leading universities across Australia, the United States, Canada, Singapore and the United Kingdom. Earlier in Dubai, he led the Executive MBA Programme of XLRI, Jamshedpur, one of Asia’s foremost business schools. He also mentors leaders through the S P Jain Centre of Excellence for Sustainability and the S P Jain Centre for the Science of Happiness, continuing his lifelong commitment to developing ethical, innovative and globally minded leaders.
