Each level offers tailored benefits. The MentorMe programme evolves as you advance from Catalyst to NeuroMaster.

 

1. Member (Entry-Level – Community Access)

Open to professionals who want to stay connected, receive updates, and explore the AGPB ecosystem. This level offers light engagement with minimal fees, providing access to the community and curated insights.

2. Catalyst (Foundation Level—Mentored Growth)

Catalysts are emerging leaders committed to personal and professional transformation. 3. NeuroMaster (Advanced Practitioner)

They have completed MentorMe, logged over 5,000 hours of experience, and demonstrated measurable impact via the Rapid Research ROI system. NeuroMasters utilise advanced cognitive profiling tools and lead transformational change in teams and organisations.

4. NeuroArchitect (Pinnacle of Mastery)

NeuroArchitects are visionary strategists who shape industries and design breakthrough tools, protocols, and systems. With over 10,000 hours of mastery and an evidence-based 3,500-word impact synopsis, they guide global conversations, publish original content, and speak at international events. What is AGPB?

AGPB (Africa Global Professional Body) is a neuroscience-driven professional body for transformational leaders, executives, coaches, mentors, facilitators, and consultants. We exist to help professionals grow through experiential wisdom, neuroplasticity, leadership development, and psychologically safe collaboration. AGPB is not simply a membership organisation — it is a “knitwork, not a network”, focused on collective brilliance, belonging, and transformational impact.

Our membership levels apply to all tribes:

  1. Associate Member: An entry-level member who joins the AGPB knitwork™ (community) gains access to foundational resources, conversations, and networking opportunities.
  2. Catalyst Member: A catalyst member is an emerging leader committed to intentional growth and transformation. Catalysts engage in mentorship, structured learning, and neuroscience-based development through MentorMe™. They intentionally co-create change within themselves and their professional environments.
  3. NeuroMaster Member: A NeuroMaster is a seasoned professional with significant expertise, leadership experience, and approximately 5,000+ hours of applied practice. Members at this level integrate advanced neuroscience and neuroplasticity tools into leadership, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, or consulting.
  4. NeuroArchitect Member: A NeuroArchitect represents the highest level of mastery, influence, and strategic leadership. These professionals have demonstrated over 10,000 hours of applied mastery, measurable impact, thought leadership in their field, and industry contribution. NeuroArchitects help shape industries, create new methodologies, mentor others, and influence global transformation initiatives.

AGPB does NOT use CPD in the traditional “points for hours attended” model.

Instead, AGPB uses Rapid Research™, MentorMe™, RPL, practical evidence, and Dr Bill Price’s evaluative process to assess real-world professional impact. Members are not measured only by how much training they attended but also by how their wisdom, leadership, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, or consulting creates measurable transformation in context.

The evaluation may include reviewing a member’s experience, applied hours, personal and professional journey, impact evidence, Mentor-Me progress, Rapid Research™ feedback, leadership influence, and, where relevant, a written synopsis or diagnostic reflection for higher-level recognition.

Rapid Research is AGPB’s transformational measurement and feedback system.

It helps evaluate:
