AGPB was founded as a collective of forward-thinking orchestrators — executives, coaches, mentors, facilitators, and consultants — united by a shared commitment to neuroscience-driven growth, human potential, and transformational leadership.
We are intentionally not personality-driven.
We believe collective brilliance is far more powerful than individual prominence, and that transformational leadership emerges through collaboration, humility, psychological safety, and interconnected wisdom.

A respected executive leader and human development practitioner, Kelvin Nyamache is dedicated to advancing human-centred leadership, professional transformation and the development of people, teams and organisations through wisdom, relational intelligence and lived experience.
Kelvin Nyamache brings extensive experience in leadership development, youth advocacy, public engagement and institutional collaboration across Africa. His work is grounded in the belief that meaningful leadership is shaped through human dignity, relational intelligence and the intentional development of people and communities.
Through his contribution to education, mentorship, public speaking and strategic leadership initiatives, Kelvin continues to support the growth of emerging leaders, ethical institutions and collaborative ecosystems where individuals can reconnect to their cause, deepen their craft and expand their impact.

Dr Rotimi Mathew

A recognised leader in professional mentoring and coaching across Africa, Dr. Rotimi Mathew has dedicated more than three decades to developing leaders, strengthening institutions and advancing mentoring as a catalyst for ethical leadership, human capital development and national transformation.
Rotimi brings decades of leadership, mentoring and organisational development experience across professional, educational and transformational contexts. His work is grounded in the belief that people flourish when leadership is built on dignity, psychological safety, mutual respect and intentional growth.
His contribution spans leadership development, mentoring, strategic facilitation and the cultivation of environments where individuals and teams can reconnect to their cause, deepen their craft and expand their impact.

A globally recognised thought leader with more than four decades of international experience, Sir Dr. Christopher Abraham continues to shape executive leadership through innovation, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, behavioural science and the development of future-ready organisations.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has advised governments and multinational organisations across India, Singapore, the UAE, Nigeria, Kenya and beyond. His clients include The World Bank, Emirates Airlines, DHL, LG, P&G, Landmark Group, Axis Bank and many other leading global organisations.
A four-time TEDx Speaker and internationally respected executive educator, Sir Dr. Christopher Abraham serves on numerous international advisory and governing boards.
