Amanda Strydom helps leaders align identity, culture, and strategy so they can lead with clarity, strengthen teams, and create sustainable impact in times of change and uncertainty. Her approach integrates leadership transformation, emotional intelligence, neuroscience-informed coaching, and people-centred change strategies.
Amanda Strydom is a Christian Leadership & Transformation Specialist, executive coach, trainer, author, and co-founding member of AGPB (African Global Professional Body). With decades of experience in leadership development, coaching, facilitation, and culture transformation, she has worked across corporate, government, ministry, and community environments both locally and internationally.
Her work focuses on helping leaders navigate change, align people and purpose, strengthen emotional intelligence, and lead with clarity in an increasingly uncertain and AI-driven world. Amanda is known for combining practical leadership strategies with neuroscience-informed coaching, values-based transformation, and psychologically safe development approaches.
She is the founder of Edge of Influence, the creator of the Inner Council transformational framework, and the author of The I AM Seal, a leadership and identity-based book focused on leading from overflow rather than pressure or performance. Amanda has trained and mentored leaders, coaches, and transformation practitioners across multiple countries and is passionate about equipping people to create sustainable impact in their organisations, communities, and spheres of influence.
Her approach blends strategic insight, human understanding, faith-centred leadership principles, and practical implementation tools that support both personal and organisational transformation.
